ECOCLIP ... SHOOT THEM IN, CLIP ON THE CABLE, AND YOU´RE DONE ...

NEW

Laying cables is now simpler and quicker than ever.

The traditional method of fastening cable clips to walls involves using your hands and a hammer. This is not only awkward, it also takes a lot of time. In addition, it doesn´t always yield securely attached clips, and frequently is the cause of a bruised thumb.

Now you can simply "shoot" cable clips in place. The idea of collated cable clips has made this possible, and a complete system for safe, efficient, cable installation is now available to professional electricians.

At the heart of the system is the specially developed
clip-nailer:

Since it is powered by compressed air, it is extremely rugged, needs virtually no maintenance, practically never wears out, and packs quite a punch, in addition to providing numerous other benefits:

Easy operation:   Safe operation:

  • Weights just 1.65 kg, and may be comfortably held and guided with one hand.
  • Ergonomically designed, provides a secure grip.
  • Requires no adjustment.
  • Sets clips at intervals of the cartridge length.

  • Triggering requires overcoming a preset resistance.
  • Cannot fire until its safety release has been driven inward by, e.g., pressing its tip flush up against a wall.
  • Triggering is disabled (i.e., there will be no bursts of compressed air) when the cartridge is empty.
A general-purpose tool:   Quality through an through:

  • A single cartridge accommodates clips of all sizes and lengths.
  • Rapid reloading: withdraw the cartridge, refill it with clips, and reinsert the cartridge.
  • Suitable for use on virtually any type of wall material (unsuitable for use on cast concrete)

  • All-metall, die-cast, aluminium housing
  • Side-loading, aluminium cartridge
  • Brass, quick-connect, compressed-air fitting
  • Ultraflexible, lightweight, compressed-air hose equipped with anti-kinking protection (available as an option)

An idea, both simple and convincing:

Cable clips come supplied in strips, instead of as loose items, and are fed to the clip-nailer like the
link-ammunition used by machine guns. Clips are not broken apart at their rupture joints until just before they are expelled.

Our collated cable clips are patented and VDE-certified.

A pratical feature - the integral metal loop for hanging on a belt
Hold twice as securely:
  • Supplied preassembled, complete with nails that are an interference fit in clips.
  • High tensile-strength, galvanized, hardened, steel nails with a Rockwell hardness of 50 HRC.
  • Clips are fabricated from high-impact-resistance,
    low-pressure-molded polypropylene.
  • Clips are flame-retardant and UV-resistant.
  • Clips are flexible in order to allow easy cable insertion and provide superior clamping actions that will hold cables securely in place.
  • Provide secure anchoring in plaster, stone, masonry joints, and wood.
